PEACE CROP SENIOR MANAGEMENT TRAINING
Peace corps Tanzania a leading international community base development agency offers attractive senior professional opportunity with a competitive salary. Peace crop provides American volunteers to requesting communities and groups through Tanzania in the areas of community health education sustainable agriculture and secondary education- science math English, including the cross sector programming initiatives HIV/AIDS Stomp out for the development (T4D)
Peace crop is looking to fill two senior management training positions. Training manager and master trainer the training manager develops calendar of training events and integrated learning activities which provide America Peace Corps trainees and volunteer with the skills, knowledge and altitudes necessary to integrated into their communities of their assignment and work safely and effectively in Tanzania for two years. The master trainer will be responsible for insuring the quality of the entire organization training position work closely within the directory of programming and training the training team and program managers to design coordinate and implement all peace cops Tanzania training events including
– coordinating with staff on training components of various training events
– working with all staff to provide quality training to volunteers and their Tanzania workers
REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor degree in public health, adult education community development other reacted field to peace crops
– 4 yrs progressively responsible experience in raining management and delivery with demonstrated experience of trainees with varied backgrounds
– Fluent written and spoken English and Swahili
– Ability to use Microsoft office
– Ability to pass U.S Embassy background security
