Background
Under the direct supervision of the ICT Associate, day-to-day maintains ICT infrastructure and intranets (SharePoint) and facilitates discussions among users to improve internal communication within UNDP, assist in daily support and Intranet project.
Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain key components of Intranet using Microsoft SharePoint
• Work on SharePoint using CSOM, JavaScript, SharePoint Object Model and SP Web Services
• Building credible relationships with internal colleagues, understand workflows of each team, including project leadership, practices, functional and technical resources
• Implementation of SharePoint-based solutions
• Implementation of SharePoint-based workflows
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisors

Competencies

• Strong knowledge and experience of SharePoint and workflow developments
• Knowledge of SharePoint website / portal development, Enterprise Content Management solutions, Management Solutions, Document Management solutions and custom solutions
• Understanding and writing of SharePoint Web services and .Net Web services
• Branding and designing of SharePoint site in SharePoint Designer
• Good communications and writing skills in both English and Chinese languages
• Substantive knowledge and experience with Microsoft Share point
• Administration experience of Microsoft Windows Server
• Knowledge of network structure and windows domain

Required Skills and Experience
Enrolled in a Bachelor or Master level degree, major in Computer Science, Information Technology or related areas.
