Reporting to: Manager
Remuneration: Tsh100,000 (Commission) for connecting us to client who will borrow 2million
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Identify clients who need loans under collateral of Moveable assets (Vehicle, bajaji, Motorcycle) in Dar es Salaam and Pwani Region
• Client should be willing to leave his/her collateral (and File) in our yard till his/her loan is fully repaid.
• The client should have his/her name on the Vehicle card.
• The client will be given a loan which is Equivalent to 25% of Market Value of his/her collateral.
• Client/Agent should be based in Dar es Salaam or Pwani region
• Land/House are not accepted as Loan collateral.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Good sales and marketing skills, Good follow-up skills,

REMUNERATION:
• The Agent will be paid Tsh100,000 for connecting us to client who will qualifies to borrow 2 million as loan based on Moveable Assets.
• Agent will NOT be given salary or other benefits as she/he is not an employee of the company
• Agent shall not be reimbursed or paid for any expense related to finding clients who want loan based on Moveable Assets
