HR Consultant / HR Analyst 12 month fixed term role in the south east suburbs
Your new company
Leading healthcare organisation based in Melbourne CBD are seeking a highly capable and experienced HR Consultant / HR Analyst to join their team on a 12 month fixed term role. The role will sit alongside the rest of the HR team and will assist with reporting and HR analysis.
Your new role
You will work closely alongside the GM of HR on a number of specific HR data reporting. This will include but not be limited to:
- Interpretation of data modelling and providing insights
- Producing the monthly HR Analytics report
- Data cleanliness
- Workforce planning
- Setting up dash boards
- Analysing and interpreting internal reports
- Working closely with a range of internal stakeholders, providing content for briefings and reports
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an expert in data analysis who has previous experience in working in a HR role. You will have all necessary systems expertise to carry out required data analysis. You will be used to working to tight deadlines and happy to work on a number of projects.
