Position: SAP Business Developer
Job Description
1. Overall Purpose:
> Provide a first line of proficiency in all areas of SAP Business
One (“SAP B1”) customisation, integration, performance-tuning and
support;
> Communicate with SAP B1 supplier in managing second-line issues and ensuring the highest possible performance of the SAP B1 system;
> Provide training to company employees on how best to utilise SAP B1 in their day-to-day work.
2. Accountabilities & Responsibility Areas
> Gather and translate business requirements into SAP B1 customisation specifications;
> Perform SAP B1 customisation tasks to specification;
> Provide support for SAP B1 queries relating to customisations, existing and new;
> Produce supporting Excel spreadsheets to provide financial summaries of SAP B1 data and
other tools to support the management of the company.
