MARKETING/ SALES EXECUTIVES (With HR Background)

HR Recruitment & Consultancy Ltd in Dar es Salaam is personally looking for a presentable and dynamic young Men and Women to be part of their Sales/Marketing Team.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales/Marketing executives’ tasks can involve:
Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships.
Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations.
Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press or on the radio.
organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions;
Conducting market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups.
Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies.
Supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues.
Maintaining and updating customer databases.

KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in Sales/Marketing
Should have an HR background
Worked in HR Recruitment firm/company
Good Teamwork &Communication skills
Good organization and planning skills
Adaptability and Creativity
Corporate awareness
Target driven
