Job Title : Data Clerk/Data Manager (Two posts for M/F)
Location : Kyela- Mbeya(1post) &Temeke-Dar es salaam (1post)
Duration : Two years
Reporting to : Program Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-To lead in maintaining and updating databases for care and treatment in drop in center (DIC)
-To assist and provide technical assistance to other project’s staffs within the district in collaboration with Program officer
-To implementation and evaluation of monitoring tools and data management
-To ensure that DQA is carried out quarterly according to DQA guidelines and that recommendations following the site DQA visit are implemented
-To train and supervise data entry clerks to ensure timely data entry, cleaning on a routine basis, generation of data queries and routine progress reports
-To collaborate with other team members to prepare monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual reports on supported program areas
-To develop and respond to queries related to data analysis
-To perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

JOB REQUIREMENTS
-Bachelor’s degree on social works with certified training in Computer Science, IT/HMIS, data management or a related discipline. Advanced skills in computer programming and analytical software is an advantage
-A background in nursing, health science or a related discipline are an advantage
-At least three years of experience in relevant career with MS Access application development and use, data analyses with standard software packages and implementing protocols for data quality assurance will be an advantage.
-Strong supervisory and management skills
-Ability to work independently and ability to copy with team work
-Fluent in English & Kiswahili with focus on both written and spoken
-Experience working with NGO’s and/or donor-funded programs is an advantage
-Experience of working under USAID funded project will be an added advantage
Job Title : Case Manager (Two posts for M/F)
Location : Kyela- Mbeya(1post) &Temeke-Dar es salaam (1post)
Duration : Two years
Reporting to : Program Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Ensure all documents at DIC are filled well and kept in confidential manner
-To ensure formation of post -test clubs of HIV positive FSWs/MSM for psychological support
-Orient post -test clubs on case management and use them to support in escorting and encouraging their peer who are HIV positive to enroll and adhere to CTC services
-To supervise other peer educators and ensure are highly motivated to provide health education to their friends through outreach health services
-To conduct monthly meetings with other peer educators and post –test clubs to enhance key population health services at DIC
-Work in collaboration with clinical officer and nurses to ensure all HIV positive clients) FSWs/MSM) are Escorted to CTC services
-Ensure Documentation of FSWs/MSM enrolled referred to CTC and ensure remain on services to avoid Lost-to –follow up
-Enroll100% of all HIV positive FSWs/MSM to care and treatment( CTC)
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Job Title : Clinical Officer (Two posts for M/F)
Location : Kyela- Mbeya (1post) &Temeke-Dar es salaam (1post)
Duration : Two years
Reporting to : Program Manager


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-This is a clinical post for delivery of biomedical service (HTC, STI, TB, VMMC, FP alcohol/drug, GBV, sex risk, enhancing retention and minimizing lost to follow up, effective adherence and psychosocial support); supervises the nurse(s); Also he/she should be sufficient to manage up to 30 clients per day, review data report and discuss it with the program manager and Case Manager in line with HIV/AIDS National standards.
-Lead, the coordinate and supervise provision of HIV treatment, care and support, integrated FP / HIV services, TB and other related conditions for all KVPs Train staff and community health workers on clinical management and integration of HIV, FP, TB screening, and STIs
-Ensure all clinical procedures at drop in centers(DIC), health facilities and mobile outreaches follow national guidelines and protocols developed by the MOHSW
-Provide on-going coaching, mentoring and hands-on supervision to clinicians in drop in centers and health facilities
-Lead the process of developing protocols and standard operating procedures for referrals and case management of various HIV and related conditions
-Ensure linkages of KVPs to care and treatment, and also other behavior and structural services which facilitate positive protective behavior
-Facilitate training of service providers in of HIV treatment, care and support, integrated FP / HIV services Oversee efficient running of curative and preventive medical services
-Routine supervision of peer educators at DIC and ensure all HIV positive clients are given referred at CTC and ensure are retained on services
-Screening of STIs, opportunity infections and other related medical conditions affecting KVPs as appropriate in accordance with the standard treatment guidelines
-Provide care for GBV victims, including post-exposure prophylaxis
-Provide on usual mentorship to peer educators and build their capacity on provision of HIV education, FP, outreach services ,counseling and advocacy for KVPs to access services at DIC
-With coordination to program officer Clinical officer will need to prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports relating to curative and preventive clinical activities; assist in preparation of annual proposal and progress reports as per donor requirements
-Participate in various project activities that will be assigned by program officer
JOB REQUIREMENTS
-First degree in Medicine, surgery or Nursing from a recognized institution
-Robust clinical experience in HIV/AIDS care and antiretroviral treatment
-Excellent grasp of clinical issues and current literature HIV/AIDS, FP, TB and STIs
-Experience in KVP-focused clinical services is a plus
-Minimum of 5 years work experience
-Have excellent interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communication skills.
-Ability to prioritize duties and work under minimal supervision.
-Demonstrated experience in clinical training and mentoring
-Ability to interact with established networks of senior level health professionals, donors, universities and other partners
-Ability to support KPs guided by key friendly health services provision
-Licensed medical practitioner certificate from medical council of Tanganyika or Medical Council of Zanzibar.
-Work experience at the level of Regional Hospital/District hospital or equivalent status is highly preferred


Job Title : Nurses (Two posts for M/F)
Location : Kyela- Mbeya (1post) &Temeke-Dar es salaam (1post)
Duration : Two years
Reporting to : Program Manager


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

-To facilitate Provider Initiated Testing and counseling to increase identification of FSW, MSM and their enrollment to Care & Treatment (CTC).
-Preparing and carrying out sterile procedures and disposal of medical wastes.
-Maintaining a clean and health environment for clients at DIC
-To implement creatively efforts to support quality pediatric AIDS services
-To ensure that KIWOHEDE is supported clinical care activities at multiple delivery sites conform to the Tanzanian national guidelines.
-To develop with other Advisors and Program manager, care and treatment related materials, including job aides, protocols, algorithms and other necessary tools.
-To assist the Program officer to develop Annual work plan and to review its implementation.
-Participating in research activities.
-Compiling daily DIC reports and handing over to AGYW officer.
-Imparting knowledge and skills to health support staff and trainees.
-To assist the Program officer in the development of monthly and quarterly reports.
-Adhering to Professional Code of Conduct and Ethics

JOB REQUIREMENTS

-Trained Nurse and Midwife from a recognized institution
-Registered with Nurses and Midwives Council
-At least 2 years’ experience in working in HIV care and treatment
-Extensive clinical experience in care and treatment of people living with HIV/AIDS
-Excellent team orientation, openness, responsiveness and conflict management skills
-Ability to work independently

Project Accountant
Location : Kyela- Mbeya(1post)
Duration : Two years
Reporting to : Organization Accountant


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

-Undertake overall financial operations with regard to project implementation area by ensuring accurate , timely and discipline in financial management
-Responsible for entering financial information and maintaining all project financial records for projects and for the organization betterment .
-Manage financial control, prepare and analyze budgets, develop financial reports, and make recommendations to the organization on budget expenditures.
-Obtain approvals from the Director and from the donors on all procurements and purchases for the projects and for the organization.
-Monitor the expenditures to ensure that program funds are utilized appropriately by the close of the fiscal year.
-To prepare financial reports as per reporting schedule or other may be asked by Executive director or donor
-Provide orientation and training to the organization staff on cost-effective management.
-Ensure that all financial reporting is completed on time and submitted to donors.
-Responsible to prepare documents before , during and after the financial audits of all projects of the organization.
-Undertaking any other duties or assignments as per project requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS
-Degree in Social works or Sociology or community developments
-At least with 3 years of experience in managing health based project with focus on HIV/AIDS ,FP,STIs and SRHE and other KvP
– Proven knowledge on AGYW and Gender based violence.
– Proven skills on Gender and women focused rights and policies
– Experienced in implementing project with focus on Key Vulnerable Population(KVP)
– Ability to manage team and meet deadlines which are results based
-Flexibility and ability to copy with multi-cultural/behavioral practices
– Proven records of good relationship with co staff , facilitation, team building and coordination skills will be added advantage
– Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills in English and Kiswahili
– Readiness to work under pressure ,ability to work under minimum supervision and willingness to work overtime for project prosperity ,

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Work closely with Program Manager to ensure overall planned project activities are implemented timely and outcome focused .
– Work closely with program manager to ensure Social Economic Empowerment officers, PEs, Nurses, Clinical officer and other project staff are accountable in the manner that ensure all deliverables are delivered with efficiency and timely .
– Writing reports for every activity and share with program manager timely Review data report and provide guidance.
– Reviewing and sharing reports written by other staff so as to be reviewed and shared to the project Manager
– Ensure roll out of BCC training to PEs.
-Work closely with government authorities at LGA are well engaged in the project and sharing with them some reports as per directives and MoU to be signed and
-Other responsibilities as will be assigned for the betterment of the project and KIWOHED as well
-Ensure timely preparation of financial retirement with all necessary source of evidence to be shared with Account with focus on every incurred expense during project implementation
