Job Description:

· As part of CCTechnical Team, the person will be required to job shadow and assist or perform the following tasks:

· Assisting clients with the design, deployment and maintenance of secure IT Infrastructure

· Preparation, planning, setup and configuration of network security products and appliances at client sites

· Network security technical advisor to existing corporate clients.

· Consult with the Sales Team during client assessment, needs analysis and client meetings

· Liaise with the sales department in preparation of appropriate pre-sales documentation to include a Statement of Work, Labor requirements, Project Proposals, Product/Service Cost/Pricing, RFP responses, Tender Documents etc.

· Testing and research on new and improved network security solutions.

· To establish and maintain effective cross-functional relationship support.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Must be excited and passionate about technology!

· Must have an understanding of Information Security

· Basic understanding of access control, databases, networking, operating systems, application types, network security, and application security

· Highly motivated, organized, reliable and detailed oriented

· Quick learner, Inquisitive and investigative

· Very computer literate

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Requirements:

· Must submit a resume, transcript, and a letter of recommendation at time of interview

· Must have a 3.0 GPA or above

Job Description:

< >Handling the operations of DML, covering entire On High way Business.Paying close attention to daily operations, recommending and creating improved courses of action, where necessary.Communicating effectively with each departmental manager on daily/ weekly basis to review departmental forecasts and ensure consistency with annual projections.Focusing on any customer complaints that department managers are unable to rectify and taking the necessary steps to resolve these complaints.Ensuring the profitability of the entire distributorship.Reviewing and managing the contracts effectively.Planning, motivating and coordinating the dealership’s management through leadership and sound business practices.Developing and maintaining customer relationship at the highest level.Keeping a track of competitors’ activities and advice the management of counter actions being taken to ensure that we are ahead of the competition.Controlling and monitoring Net Working Capital of the company and ensuring that limits are not exceeded.Preparing and submitting the annual budgets and achieve the approved annual budgets.Overseeing the monthly financial statement to ensure it is complete, accurate and submitted on time to the management.Co-coordinating regular meetings with the managers of each department to ensure their profitability and efficiency.Controlling expenses and achieving profitability.Ensuring that all statutory obligations are met within the time frame.Monitoring daily Auto line (ADP) reports and deal with necessary action. Planning and developing short and long-term goals and objectives annually, and submitting time projections to corporate management for approval.Explaining the policies and procedures of the company to all employees and following up to ensure that these issues are understood and followed.Overseeing the hiring and training of all department managers.Monitoring and maintaining compensation plans for all employees.Maintaining an enthusiastic attitude to build positive employee attitudes and morale.Establishing good working relations with all government entities necessary to run the business.Upgrading current facilities and maintain the company image in line with its Core Values.

Liasoning with the Supply Chain, Finance, HR & IT departments at the head-office, in India.
