A global operation with local footprint, we strives to understand the customer’s requirement fully, provide a platform for connecting the customer to the hospital and doctor, and engage in extending all facilities to the customer in undertaking the journey to alleviate his condition. Amongst the services that we in Tanzania provide are Preparatory & Consultation Services, Visa, Travel & Accommodation Services, arrange for Arrival Services, Tourism Services & Follow up Services. Currently Anavara has presence in Thailand, India, UAE and Germany as our Service Centres.

Position Title: Customer Marketing Coordinator (CMC) – Marketing branch. 
Reporting to: Senior marketing manager.

Broad job description:

Be the point of contact to identify prospective clients, selling our services to them and acquiring clients, servicing all requirements of the customer. The customer sales executive will be responsible to ensure that the client is delighted based on the information, sales pitch and service provided by the marketing centre. This is a field sales job and you are expected to be on the field for most of your time.

Key areas of contribution:

Specific job duties will include the following:

Understand our process and procedure, blue book, red book, software.

Be the main point in the sales efforts of the company,

Sales:

Identify and follow up new clients through social media, advertisement, hospitals and doctors directly

Achieve sales operational objectives by contributing sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.

Prepare and complete action plans; implement quality, and customer-service standards; Meet sales financial objectives by providing forecasts and meeting the requirements.
Experience and Qualifications for the position:

Must have field experience in sales especially with individuals. (concept selling like selling insurance, time shares, or hospital services is a big plus)

A go getter with good communication ability esp in Kiswahili & English

Must be able to sell snow to eskimos or sawdust to a lumbermill.

Preferably a science graduate (MA) with 2 or more years of experience in a multicultural background.

Experience in a service industry, hospital, background.

Having managed clients/ customers and responsible for their satisfaction.
