1. Marketing Executive Group – Group Business
Reporting to the head of marketing and business development
KEYS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES
– Market and promote to clients the purchase of group insurance products of the company as introduced
– Establishing and maintaining strong relationship with brokers and agencies
– Establish strong relationship with clients an managing their expectation
– Making presentation to cooperates and Sacco
– New client acquisition and rendition for existing client
– Continuous scanning of the industry environment economic and regulatory landscape
CANDIDATE PROFILE
– Should posses a diploma/certificate in sales marketing or business administration from any recognize university or institutions
– At least 3 relevant experience ( mandatory)
– Should be fluent in English and Swahili ( essential)
– Excellent planning and organizations skills ( essential)
– Customer centric ( essential)
– Poses basic computer skills
– Trustworthy and reliable
– Good team player having a successful track records of sales in insurance domain
REMUNERATIONS

Supervision and preparation within SLAs
– premium quotations
– claims
– commission settlement
– reinsurance accounts
– Under writing assessment on new business/renewals and claims
– Managing premium reconciliation with agents
– Supervision of premium dues to collection and follow up with agent
– Preparation of various analytic MIS reports to management
– Retail life policy management
– Retail life policy management
– Support in office administration
– Should preferred by aged above 30 years
– Should be graduate of a recognized university with degree in insurance or professional qualifications like ACII/FCII or equivalent are preferred
CANDIDATE PROFILE
– 7 years experience in life insurance operations
– Be smart with excellent communication, planning and organization skills
– Should be fluent in English
– Ability to work independently
– Customer care oriented
– Posses good computer skills, analytical ability and good numerical skills
