Customer Service Executive (x2) POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Qualification and skills needed.
1. Degree/ diploma in customer service/ sales or tourism from a reputable institution.
2. A good command of both written and spoken English, German or French.
3. Having a good communication skills.
Qualities.
1. Must be integrity and honesty
2. Abilities to work with less or no supervision
3. A self motivated person who is willing and ready to exceed expectation's
4. Experience in customer service can be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities.
1. Daily management of company operations
2. Daily report submission with respective to the head office person.
3. Daily briefing of clients on the company services being offered
4. Daily updates of the company social networks platforms
5. Recomfirming flights for the clients
Package.
A negotiable salary based on the candidate qualifications and outcome of the interview
