HEATH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT OFFICER POSITION DESCRIPTION:
•
Develop HSE plans for the Plant in line with approved programs and
ensure communication to process owners and other Plant employees.
• Drive the implementation of approved HSE policies and management system in the Plant.
• Oversee the conduct of basic HSE induction exercises for Plant employees, contractors and visitors.
• Provide periodic HSE refresher trainings to Plant employees to enable them effectively perform their HSE roles.
• Supervise the conduct of safety and fire drills at the Plant, in line with approved schedule.
• Develop suitable communication materials for HSE trainings and exercise drills.
• Perform HSE audit, issue audit reports and ensure implementation of corrective measures.
• Identify HSE skill gaps, recommend and obtain approval from the Country Head, HSE for appropriate trainings.
• Ensure full compliance with safe work practices and procedures for all team activities.
• Monitor Plant HSE performance, ensuring that HSE information (news, results, etc.) is communicated to every employee.
• Perform regular checks to ensure timely execution of health checks and disease screenings as defined at the Plant.

AUTOMOBILE ENGINEER FOR HEMM POSITION DESCRIPTION:
kEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-To ensure uninterrupted availability (>90%) of HEMM and other allied machines to meet targeted production
– To maintain availability and cost reduction control over consumption of spares , lubricant oil and Fuel (HSD) in all allied areas
– To comply with all statutory requirement applicable like DGMS/IBM/environment and labour debt/ISO etc..
– To monitor and exercise control over cost & budget (SAP System)
– To plan and execute improvement projects to archive departmental objective
– To train subordinates in order to share higher responsibilities
– To sustain and ensure safety culture
– To ensure implementation of system/WCM standard
– Decision making skills, effective verbal and communication skills
To maintain all heavy equipment’s in a safe and efficient way according to all relevant registration policies and procedures.
– Perform daily safety and maintenance check
– Ensure work reports are prepared at the end of each day and to be recorded
– Problem solving, as an engineer your work will be to come up with solutions of the prevailing problems
– Complies with the state vehicle requirement by testing engine, safety and combustion control standard
– Day today maintenance of dumper, excavators, heavy loader and other mining machinery
