Job Title: Accountant II – 1 Post
Report to: Chief Accountant
Entry Qualifications
i. To prepare payment vouchers;
ii. To prepare income and expenditure reports;
iii. To make batching of payment vouchers as per Cashbook;
iv. To keep batches of Payment Voucher, cashbook and Exchequer Receipt Vouchers;
v. To maintain Petty cashbook and Register;
vi. To maintain incoming and outgoing cheque register;
vii. To assist in ‘preparation of financial reports.

xiii. The attachments shall include one recent passport size photo; certified copies of academic certificates, transcripts and the applicant’s birth certificate; this shall also include submission of certificate or application of registration by VCT or MCT;
