UNICEF,
and specifically the Division of Human Resources (DHR), currently holds
large amounts of paper records. As a part of efficiency and
effectiveness drive, DHR will digitize all of the paper based files and
store them in an electronic records management system. While the NYHQ
takes care of the records that relate to employment of International
Professional Staff, the Country Officer will be responsible for
digitizing the records of National Officer and General Service Staff.
