Job Description
• Provide technical input into the design and implementation of entrepreneurship and related financial
• Ensure entrepreneurship quality standards are developed/defined and implemented throughout the project.
• Support SfI partner to develop/adapt appropriate diagnostic tools and other local partnerships that enable the right young people to be selected
• Support partners to carry out assessments of microfinance institutions and related mobile banking solutions that support program goals.
• Design and develop suitable flexible lending products for business startup and/or growth
• Integrate technology and competition based solutions for financial inclusion and entrepreneurship in programming
• Carry out research relevant to the project as required .
• Review monitoring and evaluation data and reporting, track program performance and identify best practices related to financial
• Identify any problems and challenges that may arise and offer solutions accordingly

Job Description
• Oversee labor market assessments and design employability interventions, in partnership with implementing partners, private sector, and public sector stakeholders
• Support day to day technical efforts in the implementation and evaluation of programs
• Provide technical assistance, to partners in developing and implementing the program’s employability component/ interventions, providing a quality assurance role.
• Ensure partner capacity development plans developed and implemented, based on quality standards for vocational training
• Deliver training, coaching and quality assurance related to youth employability, to partner organizations
• Support organization team in partner coordination efforts and the day to day follow up of professional relationships
• Provide regular updates on implementation progress and prepare required contributions to quarterly reports, and generate other technical reports as required
• Identify any problems and challenges that may arise and offer solutions accordingly.

• Oversee the development and implementation of program M&E plans to capture project performance and results, including data reporting, assessments, and all monitoring and evaluation activities
• Develop and oversee data flow pattern for program that will ensure timely data collection and reporting
• Ensure M&E-specific elements of local partner capacity strengthening plans are successfully implemented
• Report results of M&E activities to donors by providing written documentation about progress toward achieving indicators/targets, as appropriate
• Provide leadership on M&E to ensure the program technical integrity to achieve program goal and corresponding objectives and targets
• Cultivate strategic M&E relationships and alliances, and represent M&E activities in public and professional circles through meetings, conferences, and presentations
• Conduct targeted evaluations and operations research, including design, data collection, management and analysis
• Promote and support the dissemination of project information among the project team
