Job Title:	Technical Operator
Location:	Serengeti Breweries Dar es salaam
Reports To: Name and Title	Team Leader/ Packaging Manager

Context/Scope:	Tanzania is the Largest Country in East Africa by geography and by population ( approx 42 m people with a growth 2.8%).The largest population , however . is in Dar es Salaam, which is the commercial capital. Serengeti Breweries’ Ltd Operates exclusively in Tanzania and is the 2nd largest beer company with a market share of 25%  it is an integrated demand/supply business with 3 operational breweries
Purpose of Role:	Responsible for running/operating the machinery as well as do regular maintenance on the machines.
Key  Accountabilities	Deliver Production at rated speed Capture data and maintain quality standards Maintain temperature at all zones as per PU required Adhere to safety and act accordingly Responsible for the proper maintenance and safe operation of all machinery under his   indirect control. Responsible for the cleanliness of personal work are
Qualifications and Experience Required:	Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical  Experience in handling machinery
