Position : Content Unit Analyst Director
JOB DESCRIPTION
> DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• To study and understand our channels programs and Promote them with the Collaboration with Marketing Department (Startimes Spotlights, face book, Talk Show)
• Making Training and awareness to other Units and Departments like Call Center, Customer care unit Team, shops, Sales) on the attractive and Best Programs that we have in our Platform so as they can know more about our channels Content and be able to sell and educate our customers.
• To advice the Content center on what the customers expectation are, concern our programs, what should be broadcasted and what should be removed so as we can meet our Customers expectation.
• Making good communication with our Local Content providers concerning their Channels content and promote their Best programs to our customers, advising them where to improve and supporting them with information (Feedback) we get from the customers concerning their programs.
• Supervise your colleagues in Content Unit Analysis to ensure smooth operations of all unit jobs
• Work with campaign and policy contributors to identify gaps in available resources and develop appropriate content to fill those gaps.
• Monitor and contribute to Company’s social networks pages.
• Any other work as Assigned by a Supervisor
