JOB DESCRIPTION
> Job purpose
To establish, implement and maintain adequate supplier accounts management processes and procedures to an acceptable standard in conformity with all applicable accounting policies including Company and Group policy, IAS, IFRS, Tanzania laws and regulations
To establish, implement and maintain adequate supplier accounts management processes and procedures to an acceptable standard in conformity with all applicable accounting policies including Company and Group policy, IAS, IFRS, Tanzania laws and regulations
– Standardized and compliant accounting standard
– Financial Governance by developing and implementing control policies and procedures.
– Accurate and prompt year-end and month-end financial closure and auditing
– Improved Team Engagement Score
– Assist in formulation and effective implementation of the Directorate’s STRAP
– Coordinate the delivery
of the directorates 5+5 accurately, in time and in line with budget and
any other duty as may be assigned by the Supervisors and the management
from time to time
POSITION REQUIREMENTS :
Professional accounting qualification (CFA, ACCA, ACA ). Strong ethics, hands on approach, cultural awareness, business acumen and good communication skills
