 Position: In-charge BRAC Learning Center
The in charge will be responsible of all activities in the learning center .
Reporting to: Manager, Learning & Development.
Job Responsibilities
• Manage and take control of all the service operation of BRAC Learning Center ( BLC)
• Ensure efficient Utilization of all Training resources and maintain the quality of training tools and equipments.
• Prepare periodical operational and strategic plans with budget & financial statements for BLC
• Manage and maintain Training schedules, participants data base, accounts and service procurement .
• Develop network with internal & externally stakeholders and other training institutes and improve quality service of BLC
• Other duties assigned by the supervisor
  Required qualifications:
• Master degree in HRM/  MBA or related field
• A minimum of two to Three years Training  experience
• Strong business understanding and self learning capacity with strong problem solving & decision making skills.
• excellent presentation and communication skills with networking ability to plan and drive priorities
• self motivated , organized , proactive and ability to work in team environment to handle multiple task.
• ability to demonstrate diversity in work place.

• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to interact professionally with culturally diverse staff.
