Senior Adviser (N2), Health Sector Support Programme
As Senior Adviser you advise Government on health sector reform issues to pursue the objectives outlined in Tanzania’s Health Sector Strategic Plan. Hands-on experience with health systems strengthening and reforms, including decentralisation and SWAPs, emphasis on output based planning, budgeting, financing and performance management an advantage. Relevant academic background and solid experience from working with the health sector in a development context a prerequisite.
