Job Title:Area Sales Manager – Key Accounts

Area Sales Manager – Key Accounts
Coca-Cola Sabco Tanzania requires the services of an Area Sales Manager – Key Accounts, to be based in Dar es Salaam. The incumbent will directly report to the respective Key Accounts Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage relationship with key accounts to achieve sales objective, Monitor daily and analyze sales performance and trends by channel/customer/outlet, identify potential problems and follow up, Communicate the KPls to member of key accounts sales team and review these on a regular basis. Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement to key accounts sales team, Order Generation, Account ‘development and ensure timely deliveries of goods, managing company assets, people management and quality management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or any other related field, excellent communication skills in English and Swahili, planning, organizing and controlling, leadership and project, management skills, problem solving (sales & marketing), customer focus, numerical skills (financial], assertiveness, time management, be able to work within a team and demonstrate high integrity and honesty work ethics, At least 2 years working experience in either one of the following channels; Supermarkets, Malls, entertainment centres,. Quick service restaurants, Hotels, Restaurants, cafes, at work channels & education centres.
