Reporting directly to the Executive Manager your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Your new role
Reporting directly to the Executive Manager your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Deliver the end to end development and integration of network and perimeter security solutions to a range of platforms and projects across the business
- Integrate security initiatives into existing workflows and workplace practices
- Create successful architecture for AWS data integration across multiple business units
- Work alongside existing security staff to help provide security polices for the operations team
- Create and provide polices to be adhered to by the operations team
- Frequently have open conversations with key business stakeholders and elevate complications where necessary
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this role you need to have relevant GRC experience, be technically proficient and have strong verbal and written communication skills. You will need to be able to communicate effectively to both technically minded and non-technically minded stakeholders. Technically you will have:
- Certified in one or more of the following – CISA, CISM, CISSP
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree in STEM subjects
- TOGAF, SABSA (Desirable)
- AWS cloud experience
- API experience
- Strong coding/scripting (Python, Java, C+, etc.)
- Strong verbal communication skills in order to effectively breakdown security jargon to key business decision makers as well as work effectively with a wide range of business units
- Strong writing acumen for written reporting requirements.
