Transport Network Performance Specialist – Tigo Tanzania
To ensure good Transport Network Performance across the mobile and B2B network.
Key Responsibilities
• Daily Monitoring of Transport Network Performance on the access network (PDH, SDH, Fibre and other Transport Technology)
• Escalate all deviations from the agreed KPIs
• Timely review of RSLA reports from Managed Service Provider and prepare AP accordingly
• Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports for Management
• Follow up on actions points with the respective teams to improve the KPIs
• Support tiGO Planning and Operations team
• Work closely with Managed Service Provider Team to close open action points
• Escalate all deviations from the agreed KPIs
• Timely review of RSLA reports from Managed Service Provider and prepare AP accordingly

• Follow up on actions points with the respective teams to improve the KPIs

Position Requirements
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Electronics/ Telecommunications Engineering or related discipline
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 3 years in Transmission Operations/Planning for Mobile Networks
• Experience working on performance tools
