Senior HR Advisor, HR Business Partner job in Sydney working for large Retail Brand.
Your new company
Successful Retail brand with offices and stores across Sydney is currently recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor or Junior HR Business Partner to join a small and collaborative HR team, providing support and advice on all HR, L&D and recruitment matters for senior management and employees across all offices in the group.
Your new role
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will work closely with all levels of the business at all sites, providing detailed HR advice and support on employee relations, talent management, HR policies and processes, training and coaching needs. You will drive employee engagement, talent management, training and coach leaders and employees through performance management. In addition you will have the opportunity to be involved in the delivery of future HR and people related projects, process improvement. You will be expected to travel and visit other stores and sites and be a true business partner to all employees and management.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a successful HR Generalist who has worked as an Senior HR Advisor or Junior HR Business Partner with experience of working in a fast paced environment. You will ideally have experience of working in a Retail, Hospitality or other fast paced service based/blue collar business. You will be hands on, driven and enjoy variety. You will ensure being out and about within the business, working at the coalface. You will have expertise in ER and performance management, award interpretation and a thorough understanding of HR policies and legislation. You will ideally have experience of driving projects however this is not essential. You must be motivated, driven to success and be someone who enjoys autonomy whilst also collaborating with team members.
